All our ski instructors respect the current safety measures.

• Reduced number of participants, a maximum of 8 students
• Extended children's park
• Competitions and awards at the end of the course are held in smaller groups
• The children's courses have a preferred lane on different lifts
• Online booking and reservation

We are pleased to reassure our kind guests about the legitimate concerns regarding the delicate health situation in progress.

1. In case of lockdown on site, the entire unused amount will be refunded
2. In case of lockdown by the country of origin with consequent cancellation of the reservation, will be refunded the amount already kindly paid with 48 hours notice
3. In case of illness before departure, the entire amount already paid will be refunded upon presentation of the medical certificate and 48 hours' notice.
4. In case of illness contracted during your stay, will be refunded the amount not used, upon presentation of the medical certificate and timely notification to the secretariat within 12 hours.
5. Refunds will be made by credit card, bank transfer, cash.
6. Deposits for lessons will be kindly requested two weeks before arrival.
7. The school and the ski rental will scrupulously follow all the guidelines provided by the school and the ski rental company, making sure the staff and the kind guests are safe.
