Refunds
- Private lessons are refunded only in case of accidents happened during the lesson. Only the outstanding lessons are refunded.
- Private lessons are refunded only by exhibition of a medical certificate 24 hours before the next private lesson.
- In case of cancellation by the guest (because of delay, bad weather etc.) private lessons are not refunded.
- Group lessons are not refunded.
By exhibition of a medical certificate the Ski- and Snowboard School issues a voucher that can be redeemed within the running season. There are refunded the days after the exhibition of the medical certificate.
