In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 "Consumer Code", the right of withdrawal is excluded for services relating to leisure activities for which the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution, such as in the case of ski lessons or courses.

Nevertheless, the SCHOOL grants its clients the ability to cancel and withdraw their bookings by providing notice at least 5 days before the start date of the first lesson. Such notice must be sent by email to the school's address, with the subject line including the word CANCELLATION. Upon receipt of the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the SCHOOL will process the refund via bank transfer. After the aforementioned notice period, it is no longer possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
