Regulations on the right of withdrawal and how it is applied
In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 "Consumer Code", the right of withdrawal is excluded for services relating to leisure activities for which the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution, such as in the case of ski lessons or courses.
Nevertheless, the SCHOOL grants its clients the ability to cancel and withdraw their bookings by providing notice at least 5 days before the start date of the first lesson.
Such notice must be sent by email to the school's address, with the subject line including the word CANCELLATION. Upon receipt of the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the SCHOOL will process the refund via bank transfer. After the aforementioned notice period, it is no longer possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

THE LESSON
- Each lesson lasts 55 minutes and takes place in all weather conditions.
- In the event of a complete closure of the ski lifts, lessons not held will not be refunded.
- The lesson price does not include equipment or the skipass.
- Please note that skiers must have valid third-party liability insurance (pursuant to Art. 30 of Legislative Decree No. 40/2021).
- We also recommend taking out a personal accident insurance policy.
- Group courses cannot be converted into private lessons.
- Scuola Sci & Snowboard 2000 accepts no liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during lesson hours.
- If the minimum number of participants for a group course is not reached, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of lesson hours or merge participants into another group.
- For the best learning outcome and the student’s safety, parents are asked to inform the school or the instructor of any physical or psychological conditions of the minor.
BOOKING
- A booking is confirmed upon payment of the lesson fee and acceptance of the contractual terms and conditions.
- A request to change the booking can be accepted by the school only subject to availability and only if the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
PAYMENT
Payment must always be made before the lessons.
