With our ski and snowboard rental service in Selva di Val Gardena, you can enjoy:

• Renter’s Responsibility: The renter assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment, including liability for any damage caused to third parties.
• Insurance: Equipment is not insured by default. Accidental damage coverage can be added for 10% of the rental price. This coverage does not include theft, loss, or intentional damage.
• In Case of Damage: In case of breakage or theft, the renter will be charged 90% of the equipment’s purchase value. Partial damage repair costs will be calculated according to the current price list. For theft, the renter must file a report with the relevant authorities.
• Equipment Replacement: The first replacement with equipment of the same category is free of charge. Additional replacements or upgrades to higher-category equipment will incur extra fees (€20 for same category; €30 for each category upgrade).
• Purchase of Tested Equipment: If the renter decides to purchase the rented equipment, the rental fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
• Return Policy: Equipment must be returned by 6:30 PM on the last rental day. Late returns will be charged an additional rental day.
• Early Termination and Refunds: No refunds are given for early termination, except for illness or injury documented by a medical certificate. No refunds for bad weather or ski lift closures.
• Failure to Return Equipment: If equipment is not returned within 2 days after the rental period, the purchase cost will be charged.
• Binding and Adjustment of Bindings: The renter confirms that binding adjustments have been made according to international safety standards.
• Contract Validity: The rental contract is valid only after payment and a security deposit, confirmed with a valid ID.
